Strategic planning, coaching and policy development

- Developing a three-year workforce strategic plan for a province-wide industry sector.
- Defining a new strategic role for a college, building national recognition in intercultural education.

Workforce management, human resources development and restructuring
- Developing and facilitating a year-long pilot project to create more inclusive and welcoming workplaces in the nonprofit sector.

- Conducting an exhaustive organizational review and restructuring of a provincial organization.

Community and stakeholder consultations
- Helping a national firm communicate in a clear and consistent manner about the impact and opportunities for communities along a proposed pipeline.
- Consulting with communities and key stakeholders across Central Alberta regarding the provision of adult education needs.
- Helping a large oil and gas company support communities along the proposed pipeline route to identify and develop their educational assets in order to take full advantage of the potential business and employment opportunities.
